Waiting List - 2021 Instructions
 

*To be added to the waiting list simply download the 2021 registration form and mail it, along with a check payable to The CAG Foundation, to the address provided. 
 

*Placement on the list is on a first-come-first-served basis. 

*You will be notified if and when an opening becomes available. 

*Checks will be returned following the tournament should an opening not become available.
